By accessing and using memojin, you unreservedly accept these Terms of Use.
2. Service Description
memojin is an online learning platform that uses artificial intelligence to:
- Generate revision cards from documents
- Create personalized flashcards
- Organize tailored training sessions
- Track your learning progress
- Facilitate collaboration between users
3. Registration and User Account
To use memojin, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credit System
Some memojin features consume credits:
- Revision card generation: 1 credit
- Flashcard creation: 1 credit
- Quiz generation: 1 credit
Credits can be obtained through a monthly subscription or one-time purchase. Credits are neither refundable nor transferable.
5. Subscriptions
memojin offers different types of subscriptions with automatic monthly renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current period.
A free 7-day trial period is offered on the Solo subscription. At the end of this period, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancelled.
6. Service Usage
You agree to use memojin responsibly and in compliance with the law. The following is prohibited:
- Uploading illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Using the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Sharing your account credentials
- Using the service to harass or harm other users
7. User Content
You retain all rights to content you upload to memojin. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.
You are solely responsible for the content you share and must have all necessary rights.
8. Intellectual Property
memojin and all its elements (logo, design, code, algorithms) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
memojin strives to provide quality service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service in case of violation of these Terms of Use, without notice or compensation.
11. Modifications to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Use.
12. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
